Teens arrested after break-in at used car lot

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Two teenagers were arrested overnight after allegedly breaking into a used car lot in north Nashville.

Officer said the break-in occurred around 3 a.m. at E & D Auto Sales on Clay Avenue.

Police said the 15- and 17-year-old boys broke into the office, stole several car keys and started going around trying to find a car to match those keys.

What they didn't know is that they set off a silent alarm.

Police showed up and ordered the boys to come out, but they refused. Police sent in the K9s and caught both teens.
