NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Three people were transported with injuries after a Hummer ended up on top of a car near downtown Nashville.

The victims' injuries were not serious.

The accident occurred on Charlotte Avenue near 18th Avenue North.

"The blue car and the white car were the only two involved in the accident at first.  But this car behind the blue one swerved out where the Hummer was coming from, so the only thing the Hummer could do was swerve to the left.  When he did, he went up on top of the other one," said witness Leon Greer.

The victims' names have not been released.
