    Sources say the stowaway teen from San Jose passed not one, not two, but three pre-flight inspections.

 

FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) – A man is dead after he was hit by a vehicle while he was riding his bike on Saturday.

Forrest City Police were called out to West Street at around 9:51 a.m. in reference to a multi-vehicle accident.

The 60-year-old biker, James Holland of Forrest City was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was reported to have left the scene moments after the accident.

Police then searched for a 2002 GMC box truck who reportedly hit Holland.

They were then identified the driver as Majed Mohmoud Attahrawi, of Forrest City. The 57-year-old driver was arrested and police are working to determine specific charges.

Attahrawi is currently out of custody.

The case is currently under investigation and the Forrest City Police Department is urged to call them at (870) 633-3434 or Crimestoppers at (870)261-1499.
