ST. GEORGE'S, Grenada - Hurricane Ivan is leaving a trail of of death and destruction through the Caribbean.

It's barrelling straight at Jamaica with 160 mile-per-hour wind after trashing Grenada.  Jamaica's leader is urging his people to "pray for God's care."

At least 20 deaths are currently blamed on Ivan.

Meanwhile in the U.S., Florida is bracing for another possible hurricane strike.

A West Palm Beach resident says Florida's repeating cycle of hurricanes "is getting ridiculous."

Tourists and residents have been ordered out of the Keys, with forecasters saying Hurricane Ivan could strike by Sunday.

It's been four decades since three hurricanes hit Florida in a single year.
