LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Marion woman accused of accepting a $1,500 bribe for divulging details of the proceedings of a grand jury on which she sat says she didn't do it.

Lanna Morrison testified in federal court Wednesday that she accepted no money.  The 42-year-old Morrison is charged with accepting a bribe and participating in a conspiracy.

She had served on a 23-member grand jury sworn in on June 4, 2002, which heard testimony and issued indictments for eight months before suddenly being dismantled.

In July 2003, John Sudie "Josh" Cecil IV of Marion pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiring to bribe a grand juror.  Morrison was indicted October 9.  Prosecutors dropped drug charges against Cecil in return for his cooperation in the investigation into Morrison.

The federal trial in Little Rock is continuing.
