Eagle Mountain Magnet archery team finishes second

Fishermen hit the daily double over the weekend
BATESVILLE (AGFC) – The Eagle Mountain Magnet Elementary archery team continues to finish high in international competition. The school took third place honors at the National Archery in the Schools Program tournament held in St. Louis. Batesville Junior High finished sixth in the tournament.

Over 3,000 archers from 170 teams competed in the tournament.

Gina Mishark placed second in the elementary division. Tera Culp finished fifth in the middle school division. Eagle Mountain Magnet archers finishing in the top 10 in their grade level were Dailyn Crain, Hannah McCoy, Clayton Roberson and Justin Lewallen. Hayden Mace from Batesville Junior High finished seventh out of all seventh graders competing at the tournament.
