Man hospitalized after being run over by ex-girlfriend

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A woman was arrested after police say she ran over her boyfriend Saturday night.

According to Jonesboro Police, they were originally called out to Craighead Forest Park after Brittany Robichaux, 22, and Misteur Lattimore, 22, were involved in a verbal argument.

Police allowed both to leave together since it was only a verbal argument.

Lattimore told police they got into another argument while driving and Robichaux pulled over at the intersection of Thorn St. and Vera Dr. and demanded Lattimore to step out of her car.

Lattimore said he stepped out of the car but continued to curse at Robichaux.

Police said Robichaux then purposely hit Lattimore from behind with a Ford Expedition, causing her to run over his arm and ankle.

Robichaux then left the scene and Lattimore was then taken to a friend's house by witnesses.

Officer Dustin Smith said when he arrived at the hospital, he saw a road rash on Lattimore's arm and a deep cut on his ankle.

Robichaux was taken into custody and is being held at the Craighead County Detention Center.

She is set to appear in court on July 22.
