LAWRENCE COUNTY, AR (KAIT)-  Two people were arrested by Lawrence County deputies on drug charges Friday.

Sheriff Jody Dotson says Joseph Moore, 44, and Jason Kern, 36, were arrested after they were stopped on traffic violations near Walnut Ridge.

Lawrence County deputies searched the vehicle and found drug paraphernalia used to snort and smoke meth. Moore and Kern both admitted to using meth.

Moore and Kern are now being held in the Lawrence County Jail with $2,500 bonds each. They're expected in court on August 8.
