MIAMI (MiamiDolphins.com) - Unlike his very first scrimmage as a Miami Dolphin last summer, quarterback Ryan Tannehill had the comfort of knowing exactly where he stood on the depth chart tonight at Sun Life Stadium. Playing mostly with the first-string offense as the starter, Tannehill looked sharp, especially in the Red Zone.
"The offense did some good things," Head Coach Joe Philbin said. "We did some good things in the red zone, some good things in the goal line and obviously we didn't get off to a great start, but its good to see them respond positively."
There were some defensive highlights to take notice of, including an interception returned 50 yards for a touchdown by safety Kelcie McCray during the two-minute drill. He stepped in front of a Matt Moore pass for the score.
