Erinn Banks named Sun Belt Conference compliance coordinator

Erinn Banks has been named the Sun Belt Conference's Compliance Coordinator as announced today by conference commissioner Karl Benson.

"Erinn is a talented up-and-comer in the field of compliance and college athletics administration," said Benson. "We are very happy to have her on staff with us as I know she will be of great assistance to our operation and a great aid to the conference's membership."

Banks will be responsible for researching applicable NCAA bylaws and interpretations, reviewing student-athlete fund requests for approval and processing National Letters of Intent.

Banks had previously served as a Compliance Assistant for the Sun Belt during the 2012-13 academic year.

Prior to joining the Sun Belt, Banks served as a Legal Extern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a Compliance Intern at both Colorado State University and Tulane University, a Legal Intern at Health Law Advocates of Louisiana and a  Patient Account Representative at Centura Health in Englewood, Colorado.

Banks received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University of New Orleans in 2009.
