Paragould police release names of those killed by train

PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) – Paragould Police have released the names of two people killed Saturday morning by a train.

According to Paragould Police, 20-year-old Joseph Lee Morgan of Paragould, and 26-year-old Tiffany Ann Clements of Paragould, were killed when they were hit by a train while walking around 5:30 AM Saturday where Northend Avenue crosses the railroad tracks.

They were pronounced dead at the scene.

Paragould Police is investigating the wreck as an accident, not a criminal incident, and will release more information as they investigate.
