Crews extinguish fire at Lone Oak Tire Shop

LONE OAK, TX (KLTV) -

Crews have extinguished the flames at a Lone Oak tire shop.

According to Lone Oak fire officials, the tire shop located off of Katy street in Lone Oak caught fire Sunday afternoon.

Officials from Lone Oak, Point, Campbell, Cash, Greenville, East Tawakoni and other volunteer crews responded to the scene.

We are being told that the building itself did receive major damage, but the precise amount of building damage is not yet known.

Crews are still on the scene monitoring the damage as there are still hot and smoldering spots.
