Missing Cleveland teenage mother and baby girl have been located

A 17-year-old teenage mother and her 8-month-old daughter who were missing since Saturday, have been located.

The guardian of Kenisha Royster and baby Kennedy has told 19 Action News that both were located this afternoon and are safe. 

According to the police report, Kenisha Royster and baby Kennedy were last seen on August 10 around 6 p.m. on East 98th Street in Cleveland. 

Royster suffers from depression and ADHD and had run away before.
