HEBER SPRINGS, AR (KAIT) – An undercover operation in Cleburne County has turned up guns, drugs, cash and four arrests.
According to the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office, operation Ozark Frost was conducted and completed in August with help from agents with the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force. The operation resulted in two search warrants at separate locations that lead to the arrests.
One warrant was issued at the 800 block of South 6th Street in Heber Springs. According to the sheriff's office, officers found guns, suspected marijuana and an undisclosed amount of cash. Kyle Derrickson and Heather Pitts, both of Heber Springs, were arrested. The pair was charged with:
- Delivery of controlled substances
- Manufacturing marijuana
- Felony possession of drug paraphernalia
- Maintaining a drug premise within 1000 feet of a church
- Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms
A second warrant was executed on the 600 block of West Cross Street also in Heber Springs. Officers also found guns, suspected marijuana and an undisclosed amount of cash. Robert Brock and Joshua Brock of Heber Springs were arrested and charged with possessing marijuana with intent to deliver, maintaining a Drug premise within 1000 feet of a church and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
The four suspects are currently in the Cleburne County Jail.
