Man arrested for robbing Nashville pharmacy

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A local pharmacy was robbed on Tuesday night while pharmacists were still there.

Police allege James Dilday Jr. jumped over the pharmacy counter at the Big K-Mart store on Nolensville Pike and told the pharmacists they had three minutes to fill up a bag with narcotics.

He got away with over $8,600 worth of prescription drugs.

Police were able to track Dilday down at his house because they were able to jot down the tag numbers on his car. Witnesses later confirmed Dilday was the man that held them in the pharmacy.
