HELENA-WEST HELENA, AR -

(WMC-TV) - Police are investigating the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl at a dental clinic.

According to Helena-West Helena Police Department, three teenage boys, who were patients at the clinic, raped a 14-year-old girl, who was also a patient, in the boys' bathroom at Twin City Dental Clinic.

Kipp Delta Collegiate High school parent James Jones says he is taking his kids out of a dental round up program the school participates in after hearing of the alleged rape.

"I think someone at that dentist office, since they've got a program where they pick the kids up, [they] should of had someone from that dentist office ... They should've had somebody watching those kids," he said.

West Helena Police Chief Uless Wallace said the victim was walking down the hall when three males approached her.

"Pushed her into the boys bathroom. Took her into one of the stalls. Set her on the stool, [and] forced her to perform oral sex on all," he said.

Wallace says the girl was then raped by one of the boys who ran off when they heard a noise outside the door. A rape kit tested positive that she was assaulted.

"You never want to hear anything like this happen to your kids, and I really, moving forward, I need to make sure our kids are not put in this type of situation," said principal Heather Saunders.

Two of the juveniles wore ankle monitoring bracelets. Two of the suspects are 16 years old, and the third suspect is 15 years old.

One of the 16 year-olds is the same suspect police believe to be involved in the Elijah Mondy case, where a Christian Radio Station owner was shot trying to be a good Samaritan. Police say that suspect also tried to rape a male inmate while he was in juvenile detention for that case.

"It really baffles me. He's already on a device, He's already accused of raping once, then he gets the opportunity to do this again," said Wallace.

The boys are all in custody at White River Juvenile Detention Center. They will be tried as adults.

The school spokesperson says the dental office had children's parents sign waivers that allowed them to pick the students up for dental care.
