Gene Roebuck announces candidacy for District 21 seat

Former State Senator Gene Roebuck of Jonesboro announced Wednesday his candidacy for the District 21 seat left vacant by Paul Bookout.

Roebuck served in the Arkansas State Senate between 1996 and 2001.
