PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) – A federal grand jury indicted two brothers on multiple firearm charges.

On August 28, the FBI with help from the Paragould Police Department, raided the home of Peter Daniel Bakich and Leo Nollie Clayton Bakich.

According to the indictment, Peter is alleged to have six guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition. Leo allegedly had a pistol with ammunition.

In a news release, Beck told Region 8 News, Peter and Leo indicted separately on one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

If Peter and Leo are convicted on the charge of felon in possession of a firearm or ammunition, all of the guns and ammunition will be forfeited to the government.

The two are still in custody and could face up to ten years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine.
