A-State Pack Pride Spied! promotion to reward ASU fans

JONESBORO, Ark. (AStateRedWolves.com) – Fans of Arkansas State University will not only have a chance to show off their Red Wolves apparel, but now potentially be rewarded for displaying A-State colors in the newly-created "A-State Pack Pride Spied!" promotion.

The "A-State Pack Pride Spied!" promotion, which is sponsored by A-State Athletics, the East Arkansas Broadcasters (EAB), and The Mall at Turtle Creek, will randomly award individuals wearing A-State gear with a $25 gift certificate to be redeemed at The Mall at Turtle Creek. Representatives from the A-State Athletics Department and EAB will be at various businesses to present the gift certificates.

The first "A-State Pack Pride Spied!" event will be conducted this Friday (Aug. 30) and then held on corresponding Fridays before every Saturday A-State football game this 2013 season.  The promotion for mid-week Red Wolves' gridiron contests will take place on the designated game day date.

Those EAB stations serving the local Jonesboro area are 101.7 KISS FM, 95.3 The Ticket, and 107.9 KFIN.

Arkansas State kickoffs its 2013 season this Saturday (Aug. 31) as the Red Wolves host Arkansas-Pine Bluff at Liberty Bank Stadium in Jonesboro.  A 6 p.m. (CT) start is slated for the season-opening instate non-conference contest.  Tickets for all six A-State home games this season may be ordered bycalling the ASU Box Office at 870-972-ASU1 (2781) or 1-888-ASU-FANS.
