Firefighters put out ‘suspicious’ west Toledo house fire

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Fire investigators are calling a west Toledo house fire "suspicious."

A home on the 1300 block of West Delaware Avenue, near Ayers Avenue, went up in flames around 5 a.m. Sunday.

No one was home when the fire sparked. Fire crews believe the house is vacant.

The fire did not spread to neighboring homes.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
