KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (AP) _ President Bush is in the battleground state of Pennsylvania today, where he's criticizing what he calls John Kerry's ``many different positions on Iraq.''
Speaking in a suburb of Philadelphia, Bush said Kerry's ``mixed signals'' threaten troops' morale and undermine Iraqis' determination to face down insurgents. Bush says he will continue to speak clearly and continue to lead.
Four polls show the presidential race is a statistical tie in Pennsylvania. Today's trip is Bush's 37th visit to the state he lost in 2000.
In addition to speaking at a re-election rally, Bush also surveyed flood damage from the remnants of Hurricane Ivan.
