JONESBORO, Ark. (AStateRedWolves.com) – A larger audience will now be watching Arkansas State University's football game versus the Memphis Tigers on Saturday, Sept. 21, as ESPN has announced ESPN3 will televise the game from Memphis, Tenn.
Opening kickoff for the non-conference contest is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. (CT) at the 59,308-seat Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium in Memphis.

Arkansas State, which presently sports a 1-1 overall record entering this Thursday's (Sept. 12) Sun Belt Conference (SBC) opener against Troy at Liberty Bank Stadium in Jonesboro, Ark., registered a 33-28 home victory over Memphis last season (Sept. 8).
A-State has played Memphis more than any other opponent in school history and the Sept. 21 matchup will represent the 57th all-time meeting between the two teams dating back to 1914. Although Memphis holds a 28-23-5 lead in the all-time series, the Red Wolves have won four of the last five meetings to date. In its most recent appearance at Memphis in 2006, A-State won 26-23 over the Tigers.
