WBC Men's Soccer shines against Bacone

Williams Baptist College defeated Bacone in men's soccer by a score of 4-1 on Saturday in Walnut Ridge.

Lucas Camargo opened up the scoring early with a beautiful set-up from Matheus Allonso in the first minute of the contest. Tobi Oganla scored in the 19th minute of the first half to tie the score for Bacone.

Williams would then seize control with a goal from Lucas Braga after a Bacone penalty in the first half.

In the second half, Allonso scored two goals within 18 seconds of each in the 52nd minute to push the Eagles' lead to 4-1. Matheus Spiandorello contributed with the assist on the second Allonso goal of the half.

WBC improves to 2-0 on the season. Its next game is scheduled for September 14th at 1 pm against the University of the Ozarks. The game will be played in Clarksville.
