JONESBORO, AR (KAIT)- Federal charges are expected to be filed against a suspect after bomb making materials were found in his home.

According to the Craighead County Sheriff's Department, Blake Johnson, 22, and Cassie-Lee Crisler, 21, were arrested in the incident.

Johnson was taken to Little Rock where federal charges are expected to be filed against him Tuesday. Crisler will face charges in Craighead County.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is now in charge of the case.

Sheriff Marty Boyd was unable to talk about the exact bomb making materials officers found. The motive for having those materials is still uncertain.

Craighead County Sheriff's Department Investigator Justin Rolland said officers recovered weapons, drugs, bomb making materials and pipe bombs at the home once it was deemed safe early Monday morning. No evacuations took place in the neighborhood.

A search warrant was served at 2212 Shoshoni Drive in Jonesboro, just south of Highland Drive Sunday evening.

Sheriff Boyd said, "Deputies with the Craighead County Sheriff's Department executed a probation search on a residence, against one subject that was on probation at the time. We had information that there's possibly some narcotics at the residence. We found other things that led us to believe that there was some bomb making material there."
