CLEBURNE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – An owner of two properties was arrested Thursday after investigators conducted a search in both of his properties.
According to the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office, the properties occupied by Michael Brown, 60, of Heber Springs, had suspected marijuana growing and several items of suspected drug paraphernalia around the home.
Brown was taken to the Cleburne County Jail. He faces charges for manufacturing marijuana, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Brown had a bond set at $50,000.
