BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – A Baxter County man was arrested for the second time this month on felony drug charges.

A deputy arrived at the scene on Baxter CR 625 and spotted the vehicle. According to officer, the driver appeared to be passed out.

As the deputy approached the truck, "he saw a loaded syringe in the right hand of the driver." The man was identified as Ben Gary Dacus, 29, who had previous been arrested on Sept. 9 for outstanding felony drug warrants and was out on bond.
