A-State sendoff planned for departure to Missouri

JONESBORO, Ark. (AStateRedWolves.com) – Arkansas State fans are encouraged to help send the Red Wolves football team off Friday as they depart for Columbia, Mo., to play the Missouri Tigers on Saturday at Faurot Field/Memorial Stadium.

The team will be leaving Liberty Bank Stadium at 10:30 a.m. Friday morning, and A-State fans are asked to gather near the Football Facility beginning at 10:00 a.m. to cheer on the players and coaches as they load the buses to depart for the trip.

A-State's game against Missouri is set for a 6:30 p.m. kickoff and will be televised by Comcast Sports South (CSS) and Cox Sports Television (CST).  The game will also be available to viewers through ESPN GamePlan, ESPN3.com and the Watch ESPN app.  Within the Jonesboro market, A-State fans can watch the contest on Suddenlink channel 119 and/or on HD (high definition) channel 725.

Every A-State game can be heard live on 107.9 FM in the Jonesboro area as part of the EAB Red Wolves Sports Radio Network, and the live radio broadcast can be accessed through the A-State athletics Web site (AStateRedWolves.com).

Tickets for Arkansas State's game against Missouri can be purchased through the Arkansas State University Ticket Office until 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26.  Season tickets for A-State's four remaining home games are also still available through the ticket office located in the Convocation Center.
