Imboden man arrested for possession of meth and paraphernalia

IMBODEN, AR (KAIT) – An Imboden man was arrested after an investigation led to the discovery of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Lawrence County investigators along with the Hoxie and Black Rock police departments conducted the investigation using an undercover informant.

Officers were able to obtain a search warrant for a home on First Street in Imboden. Herschel Davis, Sr., 50, was arrested. According to the report, officers found drugs, paraphernalia and firearms in the home.

Davis was charged with delivery of a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a communication device to commit a felony and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.

He was taken to the Lawrence County Jail. Bond was set at $5,000. His circuit court date was set for Nov. 21.
