Buccaneers claim Kelcie McCray from Dolphins


TAMPA BAY (Buccaneers.com) - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers began the Wednesday of their bye week with two open spots on their 53-man roster but have now filled both openings, shoring up the depth at the back end of their secondary in the process.

The Buccaneers learned that they had successfully claimed second-year safety Kelcie McCray off waivers from the Miami Dolphins.

McCray was waived by Miami on Tuesday after appearing in each of the Dolphins first four games this season.  He spent his rookie season on injured reserve due to a broken foot after signing with Miami as an undrafted free agent out of Arkansas State.
