JONESBORO, AR (KAIT)-  Several people were arrested over the weekend in Jonesboro on drug related charges.

Brandon Edwards was arrested around midnight Saturday night after he was pulled over in Craighead Forest Park after it was closed.

Edwards told police he was out taking night-time pictures, but there were more than lenses in the camera bag. Meth was found wrapped inside the camera bag beneath lenses. Edwards also had a warrant out of Poinsett County for possession of drugs and firearms charges.

He is now being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
Edwards waits behind bars for a probable cause hearing.
Police also stopped a man earlier Saturday afternoon around 5 p.m. for entering a "no trespassing" area. The officer who stopped Keith Peel learned that he was on probation and asked Peel if he could search his home.
A woman who was in the home was also arrested on drug charges when marijuana, a used needle, and other paraphernalia were found in several rooms. Stephanie Kautz is in court Monday to face possession of drugs and paraphernalia charges.
Peel is being held on felony probation violation charges.
