A-State Men's Basketball 'Meet The Team' night to be held Oct. 29

The Arkansas State University men's basketball team will be holding its annual 'Meet the Team' night on Tuesday, October 29, at the A-State Convocation Center in Jonesboro, Ark.

Attendees are invited to arrive early and watch practice, hear from A-State head coach John Brady<http://www.astateredwolves.com/ViewArticle.dbml?&ATCLID=204973072&DB_OEM_ID=7200> and have dinner courtside with 2013-14 Red Wolves' team members. Doors open at 6 p.m. (CT) and the event will conclude at 8 p.m.  A-State mascots, Howl and Scarlet will be in attendance and A-State men's basketball posters will be available for fans to get autographs.
The event is complimentary to all members of the 6th Man Club and Top 200 whileadmission for non-members is just $25. The Red Wolves, who registered a 19-12 overall record in the 2012-13 season and were crowned Sun Belt Conference (SBC) West Division Champions for the second time in the last three seasons to date with a first-place 12-8 conference divisional mark, tipoff the 2013-14 campaign by hosting a pair of exhibition games against in-stateschools Henderson State (Nov. 2) and Arkansas-Monticello (Nov. 5) at the Convocation Center.  A-State's home opener is set for Nov. 13 versus Tennessee-Martin as the Red Wolves will play 15 regular-season contests on their home court.
