Scholarship Fund Set Up in Honor of Rebekah Gould's Memory; Memorial Services Set

MOUNTAIN VIEW, AR - The family of a Mountain View woman whose body was found at the bottom of a steep embankment Monday after she was reported missing for several days has established a memorial scholarship fund in her memory.

Rebekah Gould's family has set up the "Rebekah C. Gould Memorial Scholarship Fund" in honor of the 22-year-old junior college student at Arvest Bank.  Donations may be made at any Arvest Bank branch in Arkansas.

Funeral arrangements are set for Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church at 708 North Bayou in Mountain View.  Arrangements are being handled by the Roller Crouch Funeral Home of Mountain View.

    According to Mississippi County Sheriff Dale Cook, a body will be sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab in Little Rock for an autopsy after the body was discovered this weekend in the Mississippi River.
