PERRYSBURG TOWNSHIP, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Fremont Pike at Glenwood Road has reopened in Perrysburg Township after an injury crash involving a semi truck Friday morning.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the crash happened when a car traveling eastbound on Fremont Pike was rear-ended by a semi truck when it was trying to turn onto Glenwood. The force from that crash then pushed the two vehicles into another car.

The two drivers from the cars were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The truck driver was not injured.

The area was closed to drivers for several hours, while the truck was pulled out of the ditch and removed from the scene.
