CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -Jonesboro kids got a chance to have breakfast with their favorite Peter Pan characters on Saturday at Jonesboro High School.
The character breakfast kicked off the Jonesboro High School production of Peter Pan that premieres October 17. This play will be the first production held in the brand new JHS Center for Performing Arts.
Dawn Tucker is the theater director for JHS and said she was pleased with the turnout for Saturday's event. "What we wanted to do was just give them a sneak peak of what we are about to give them next week," said Tucker, "so we thought a breakfast would be a good way to do that."
Show dates for Peter Pan are October 17, 19 and 20.
