BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – A Gamaliel woman is behind bars afterinvestigators with the Baxter County Sheriff's Office catch her in the act.
According Sheriff John Montgomery, a person helping outinvestigators arranged controlled buys of methamphetamine from Kaitlyn MarieJohnston.
The person bought meth from Johnston, 20, on two separate occasionsin July. Johnston sold total of 4.5 grams of methamphetamines for about $360dollars.
Johnston sold the drugs on the phone and investigators recordedthe calls.
A bench warrant was issued for Johnston and she was taken to theBaxter County Detention Center on two felony charges for delivery of methamphetamineand unlawful use of communications device.
She was released from custody after she posted a $25,000 bond.
She is set to appear in court October 24.
