Searcy man dead after motorcycle crash

SEARCY, AR (KAIT) –A weekend crash involving a motorcycle and pickup truck led to the death of aWhite County man.

According to theSearcy Police Department, 54-year-old Woodrow Robb Jr. died Oct. 13 after atruck pulled out in front of his motorcycle.

Robb was travelingeast on E. Race St. near Wisconsin St. when the crash happened. The driver ofthe truck was heading west when they pulled into a turn lane and then turned leftinto the path of Robb, according to police.

The crash reportdid not indicate whether or not the driver of the truck was injured.

    According to Mississippi County Sheriff Dale Cook, a body will be sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab in Little Rock for an autopsy after the body was discovered this weekend in the Mississippi River.
