JONESBORO, AR (KAIT)-  Two neighboring cities partnered up for a "door-to-door" meeting with representatives from the State Chamber of Commerce.

The Jonesboro and Paragould Chambers of Commerce, along with other elected officials, met for breakfast this morning and viewed key legislative achievements from the 2013 Session.

State Chamber of Commerce President Randy Zook says one of the main goals is to discuss progress for the future with a focus on tax issues and education reform within the state. "Just to keep pace with the rest of the country, we've got to step up our efforts in both of those areas in order to help the whole state move forward.  We all move together is what it boils down to," Zook said.

Zook adds that Jonesboro is just one of 24 stops across the state.
