Pine Belt residents one-stop shop early for Christmas

FORREST COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

It's not quite mid-November and Thanksgiving Day is more than three weeks away, but some Pine Belt residents already are thinking about Christmas.

Residents stopped by the Forrest County Multi Purpose Center on Saturday and did their one-stop shopping for individuals on their Christmas list.

Presented by Emerge Events, the Pine Belt Holiday Expo included prize giveaways, children's crafts and several food vendors. Aside from holiday shopping, residents were also able to take a picture with Santa and help out local businesses.

Several nonprofit organizations also took part in the holiday expo and promoted their services and needs.
