MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Memphis Police are investigating Saturday night's multiple shootings across the city.

It all started around 6:00 p.m. in the 1200 block of Getwell Road.

Originally, police were called to a Texaco gas station where a gold, 1996 Nissan Maxima had all of its windows shot out.

Two people, one a 24-year-old woman and the other a 24-year-old man, were injured. They were transported to The MED in critical condition.

A maroon PT Cruiser or a Chevrolet HHR was seen leaving the scene, according to police.

One witness described the violence he saw.

"Some guys pulled up. (I) don't know if they were coming out of the store or just getting in the car. But, (I saw) some guys unload on the car," declared a unnamed witness.

Only a few blocks away, police were investigating a scene connected to the shooting. At Meadow Drive and Barron Avenue, police had the scene roped off as they investigated.

Neighbor Henry Keen told how he heard about 20 rounds of shots fired from where he was inside his house.

"I got on the floor and then I peeped out the window. When they quit shooting, I got up and looked to see if my neighbor was okay. (She) and the baby was laying down," said Keen.

One another person was shot during the ordeal and was also taken to The MED in critical condition.

Memphis Police are also investigating two other unrelated shooting. One on Meier Drive and the other on Millington Road. Both of those victims were taken to The MED in non-critical condition.

Police have confirmed they do not currently have any suspects in custody.

If you have any information regarding the incidents, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 901-528-2274.
