$31.2 million Chapel Hill ISD school bond rejected by voters

The Smith County Elections Commission said that a proposed $31.2 million Chapel Hill Independent School District bond was rejected by voters, according to the unofficial vote count.

619 voters were for the bond, while 1,054 voted against it.
