    JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.

STONE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – An undercover drug investigation results in nearly 20 arrests with the possibility of more.

According to a Stone County Sheriff's Department news release, 18 people were arrested in a bust Tuesday as part of "Operation Ice Pick".

Several state and local law enforcement agencies aided to execute warrants and parole checks throughout Stone County in order to make the arrests.

Investigators targeted crystal meth dealers and arrested the following people as a result:

  • John Matthew Ogle, age 31, of Mountain View, charged with 3 counts of delivery of crystal methamphetamine, maintaining drug premises, possession of crystal meth with purpose to deliver
  • Robert L Avey, age 49 of Timbo, AR was charged with 5 counts of delivery of crystal meth.
  • Andrea Sutterfield, age 44, of Timbo, AR was charged with 1 count of delivery of crystal meth.
  • Michele Pacheco, age 52, of Alco, AR was charged with 1 count of delivery of crystal meth.
  • Stanley Trammell, age 50, of Alco, AR was charged with 2 counts of delivery of crystal meth.
  • William Hocutt, age 52, of Newnata, AR was charged with 1 count of delivery of crystal meth.
  • Thomas G Morrison, age 30, of Mountain View, was charged with 1 count of delivery of crystal meth, 2 count maintain drug premises, possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
  • Jonathan Pitts, age 24, of Mountain View, charged with 2 counts of delivery of crystal meth and probation violations.
  • Cody Sweat, age 23, of Mountain View, charged with delivery of crystal meth and probation violations.
  • Tina Harris, age 40, of Mountain View, charged with 2 count of delivery of crystal meth.
  • David Richard Fritz, age 37, of Mountain View, charged with 2 counts of delivery of crystal meth and possession of crystal meth.
  • Jessica Rowland Burns, age 35, of Mountain View, charged with 1 count of delivery of crystal meth.
  • Christopher Briscoe, age 36, of Mountain View, charged with 1 count possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Crystal Shipman, age 30, of Mountain View, charged with Parole Violation.
  • James L. Keen, age 40, of Mountain View, charged with 2 counts of delivery of meth, and possession of crystal meth with the purpose to deliver.
  • Cori Morgan, age 38, of Fox, AR charged with 3 counts of possession of schedule 2 narcotic with purpose to deliver.
  • Jessica McDougal, age 28, of Quitman, AR charged with possession of crystal meth over 2 grams.
  • Jesse Brem, age 25, of Mountain View, charged with one count of forgery 2nd degree

The undercover narcotics operation led by Investigator Dammon McGilton started in March.

More arrests are pending, according to the news release.
