    A Lawrence County man is in jail following the stabbing and beating of a woman.

HANCOCK COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

Officials are on the scene of a tanker truck fire on the eastbound lanes of I-10 in Hancock County near the 7 mile marker.

Mississippi Highway Patrol Corporal Jason Gazzo said the fire started shortly before 8 Monday night. Gazzo said he believes the tanker truck was transporting latex. Now that truck is engulfed in flames.

Officers are about to start diverting traffic off Exit 2.
