CAMDEN, AR (WMC-TV) – The search for a missing Arkansas girl is over. The Amber Alert for Kimberly Nussey was canceled late Wednesday night when investigators found her safe in Florida and arrested her uncle, Phillip Nussey.

Kimberly was reported missing out of Camden in Ouachita County when her family told police she was with her uncle, who they have a protection order against.

It's unclear if any charges have been filed at this point.

A news conference about the case is set for 9 o'clock Thursday morning.
