JONESBORO, AR - Jonesboro police have determined the identity of a man who was killed Wednesday morning after being struck by a freight train.

The accident occured just before 10:30 a.m. when 47-year-old Johnny Roberts was struck by a passing westbound Burlington Northern-Santa Fe freight at the Fisher Street crossing.  The train was reportedly traveling at a speed of approximately 10 miles per hour.
