    The patient that brought all of this to the forefront has now filed civil suit against the doctor and explained in detail what Becton allegedly did to her during that exam that she said led up to him taking nude photos of her.

    Southwest Drive was closed during the morning rush Friday after crews battled a house fire.

WILLOW SPRINGS, MO (KAIT) – Three people, including a teenager, have died after a one car crash in southeast Missouri and one person was seriously injured.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened on Howell County Road 5640 three miles west of Willow Springs Tuesday afternoon around 3:40.

Troopers state Timothy Berry, 26, of Willow Springs was driving a Pontiac Grand Am when he failed to turn at an intersection, went off the road and hit a dirt embankment. Berry was pronounced dead at the scene along with passenger Alex Hayes, 15, also of Willow Springs.

Another passenger Shanna Kendall, 31, of Willow Springs was pronounced dead hours later.

Daniel Combs, 51, of Willow Springs was taken to a Springfield, Missouri hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

The crash report states all four were not wearing seat belts.
