Richmond School administrator on leave for second time

Posted: Updated:
RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

A Richmond Public Schools administrator is once again under investigation.

Daryl Roselle is on mandatory leave for the second time in less than two years. The Richmond School Board, as well as Child Protective Services, are looking into an alleged incident that happened between him and a student while he worked at Carver Elementary School, sources confirm.

Roselle was in the news in April 2012 when he was under investigation after hosting an after-hours fraternity party at Blackwell Elementary School where he was principal.

He was removed from that position, but less than three months after that incident, he moved into a higher paying job within the school system; Instructional Specialist for Exceptional Education in Elementary Schools. He still holds this position, and is the only one in the city without a state endorsement in the field.

Daryl Roselle has been on administrative leave for about a month while he's under investigation.
