Police make several drug arrests Horseshoe Bend

IZARD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – Law officials in Horseshoe Bend executed drug related search warrants early Friday morning after months of undercover investigating.

Codi D. Schales, 20, was arrested on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (oxycodone) and delivery of controlled substance in proximity of a certain facility. Schales' bond was set at $10,000 and is in custody at Izard County Detention Facility.

Police arrested Trystin Howell, 24, for delivery of oxycodone. Howell was arrested previously on disorderly conduct charge. While in jail, he claimed he had swallowed blades from a disposal shaving razor. Medical information indicated he did not swallow blades. Howell told jailers he did this to get out of jail. Additional charges where added. He is at the Izard County Detention Facility on $5000 bond.

Stacy Ann Alberson is being held on a $5000 at the Izard County Detention Facility for selling a controlled substance (oxycodone). She was arrested on a meth charge a month ago when a drug dog detected meth in her car while she was parked at Izard County Court parking lot.

Richard Cohn, 26, was charged on Nov. 10 with possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver. Police said his vehicle contained crystal meth. He was released from custody after posting bond.

According to police, Bobby Ray Eddy, 46, has had numerous encounters with the law in recent years. He was charged with delivery of controlled substance (hydrocodone) and is at the Izard County Detention Facility on a $5000 bond.

Kelly Lynn Alberson,35, was arrested on a failure to appear in court warrant on originals obstruction governmental operation charges, disorderly conduct and having no driver's license. She will appear in court on Dec. 3.

All arrested on drug charges will appear in court on Dec. 11.
