NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Storm damage has been reported in some parts of Middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky after a line of strong and severe storms made their way through the area Sunday evening.

The National Weather Service announced on Monday that an EF-1 tornado touched down Sunday evening in Orlinda, TN. The tornado, with maximum winds between 85-90 mph, caused roof damage to several homes and also blew out several windows.

Multiple trees were snapped and uprooted along the tornado's one-mile path, primarily along Robertson Road, with a narrow path continuing along Pleasant Hill Road.

A survey team also determined an EF-0 tornado hit the Portland area of Sumner County during that string of storms.

Part of the roof at the Portland Fire Department was torn from the building, and crews worked into the night Sunday to make sure there were no leaks into the facility.

Minor flooding was reported in the Midtown section of Nashville along Division Street after the storms brought a period of intense rainfall.

Storm spotters in Robertson County also reported minor storm damage, including several trees down in Cedar Hill. No injuries have been reported.
