    An arrest warrant was issued for a longtime Greene County doctor, accused of felony voyeurism. Dr. Paul Becton, 68, of Paragould will be charged with five counts of voyeurism.

11:48 - 40 mph winds, .75-inch hail in Evansville, IL

11:50 - 2.5 inch hail reported one mile MN of Venedy, IL

12:07 - Tornado moving NE, just southeast of New Minden, IL. One person confirmed dead.

12:13 - New home severely damaged with only foundation remaining off County Road 24. A few farms on Sycamore Road also damaged, two miles north of Hoyleton, IL.

12:30 - Sheriff reports damage due to tornado in the New Minden area in Washington County, IL. Tornado likely occurred around 12:05 p.m.

12:43 - Funnel cloud reported three miles northwest of Christopher,IL.

12:52 - Funnel cloud reported two miles MN of Christopher, IL.

1:08 - Funnel Cloud reported near Rural King in Marion, IL.

1:18 - Spotter reports tornado in Oran, MO.

1:18 - Mobile home destroyed, sheriff's office without power.

1:21 - Tornadic storm in Scott County will cross I-55 shortly near Morley and move east toward Alexander county IL.

1:26 - Funnel Cloud reported two miles west of Fairfield, IL

1:27 - Tornadic storm just north of Blodgett, MO heading east toward Alexander County IL.

1:30 - Unconfirmed tornado along the border of Scott and Mississippi counties.

1:35 - Downed tree limbs, small hail in Harrisburg, IL.

1:48 - Funnel cloud reported in near the community center in Mound City, IL moving east.

1:54 - Funnel cloud reported along Highway 60 near Turner Landing Road in Kevil, KY.

1:54 - Funnel cloud in Ballard County KY on Hwy 60 & Turner Landing Rd.

2:02 - Tornado on the ground, Route 310 area in Ballard County KY near La Center- relayed by emergency management.

2:12 - Tornado moving east/northeast one mile west of Paducah.

2:10 - Roof off of barn and fence damage in Kevil, KY.

2:16 - Winds gusting to 50 - 60 mph in Kevil, KY.

2:25 - Woman trapped under mobile home, Emergency teams responding in Brookport, IL.

2:30 - Brookport, IL bridge closed.

2:20 - Tornado struck near the dam on the west side of town and traveled through to the eastside in Brookport, IL. Two mobile home parks took direct hit and at least 50 mobile homes destroyed. Search and rescue responding. A number of injuries reported.

2:30 - Barn damaged and power lines down in Hamletsburg, IL.

2:49 - 1.75 inch hail (golf ball sized) two miles northeast of Lone Oak in McCracken County.

2:59 - Tornado reported three miles NW of Eddyville, KY.

3:00 - Church roof collapsed along Bell Ave. in Paducah. Emergency responders on the way.

3:20 - Both lanes of I-69 shut down due to downed power liens across the road in Princeton, KY. Nearby building damaged.

4:37 - 63 mph wind gusts in Caldwell, KY.
