LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Here are 10 things Kentuckiana will be talking about today:

1. Overnight shooting – Two people were hospitalized following a shooting in the Newburg neighborhood of Louisville around 1 a.m. this morning.

2. Cool but sunny today Temperatures won't top 50 degrees today but the skies are clear. The WAVE 3 News Storm Tracking Team pinpoints our next chance for rain in the forecast.

3. War Horse – The Broadway musical hits the stage in Louisville tonight at the Kentucky Center. Click here to find out how to get tickets for the show. War Horse runs through November 24.

4. Kentucky Kingdom Season passes are now on sale for the 2014 season at Kentucky Kingdom. The park is set to open in May 2014 and owners say it will have several new attractions.

5. Job fairA national grocery store chain will host a job fair in Louisville today to fill cashier, shift manager and manger trainee positions at stores in Jeffersonville and New Albany, Indiana as well as Louisville.

6. Alcohol sales – On tap today, a federal appeals court will consider the validity of a ruling which lifted Kentucky's ban on selling wine and liquor in grocery stores and gas stations. The Alcohol Beverage Control Department is appealing the ruling which found the decades old ban unconstitutional.

7. New troopers – Kentucky State Police graduate 62 new troopers today after 23 weeks of training. The troopers will soon hit the streets to help replace many who have left or retired from the force.

8. UofL basketball – The men's Cards will face Hartford tonight at 7 p.m. in the KFC Yum! Center as part of the action in the Hall of Fame Tipoff.

9. UK basketball – The Cats will take on UT Arlington as the Keightley Classic continues tonight. Tipoff is at 7:30 p.m. in Rupp Arena. Time Warner Cable customers in Louisville can watch the game on channel 505. Louisville residents with digital tuner televisions can catch the action on 77-3.

10. Interstate 64 closures – The section of I-64 under construction in Shelby County will be temporarily shut down tonight to allow for a shift of traffic patterns back to the original lane configuration. To accommodate this traffic switch, full closure of eastbound I-64 is necessary. The eastbound lanes of I-64, between Exit 28 and Exit 35, are scheduled for closure from 7 p.m. tonight until 5 a.m. tomorrow. Find detours by clicking here.
